Interactio Rooms
Interactio sits between the room and the people who cannot be in it. Onsite delegates use the room's own microphones and headsets - or software consoles at each seat. Remote delegates join from their own devices with the same rights to the floor. Interpreters work in the booth or remotely, to ISO 24019 conditions. Interactio software holds it all together, so the chair runs the meeting rather than the technology.
Plenary rooms
Plenary is where the stakes and the language count are highest. Interactio software runs in plenary rooms every day. At this scale the platform holds up:

AI Translation Room
AI meeting rooms are built for the meetings that happen every day - team sessions, training, client and committee meetings. There are no interpreters to book and no booths to set up. Real-time AI translation and captions run automatically, so every participant follows in their own language.

Does Interactio require replacing existing conference hardware?
No. UniConnect connects professional conferencing hardware - Audio-Technica, Televic, Shure, Taiden and Bosch - to the Interactio cloud. Other hardware can be supported on request.
Where does Interactio process and store meeting data?
Interactio is an EU legal entity. You choose whether your data is stored in the EU or North America. The core technology is developed in-house and encryption keys are managed in-house.
Is the interpretation standards-compliant?
Yes. Interactio enables ISO 24019 compliant remote and onsite simultaneous interpretation, satisfies ISO 20109 requirements, and holds ISO 27001.
Can organizers control what each participant can do in a meeting?
Yes. Meeting roles are reusable and support fine-grained permissions; meeting templates enforce a configuration policy so rooms can't be misconfigured; and multiple meeting links can be issued per meeting, each carrying a specific role and each optionally requiring authentication.
Can remote and onsite interpreters share a booth?
Yes, including one interpreter onsite and one remote on the same channel.
How many languages and participants can a room support?
Interactio supports meetings of up to 10,000 participants and 40 languages.
Can media stay inside a customer's own data center?
Yes, you can use Interactio’s hybrid deployment with on-premises media servers. Metadata stays on Interactio’s cloud infrastructure and can be encrypted with your own cryptographic key via AWS KMS.
