The same guarantees in every format
Whichever format your meeting takes, the same things hold. Role-based access with authenticated joining, moderator control of the floor, encrypted data stored in the region you choose (EU or North America), a downloadable recording, and interpretation to ISO 24019. Format changes where people sit. Format does not change what governs the meeting.
Hardware integration
Interactio connects to Audio-Technica, Televic, Shure, Taiden and Bosch conference systems, with camera control over VISCA over IP.
Controls and roles
Moderators control the floor, and role-based access with authenticated joining decides who can speak.
Records and analytics
Interactio records proceedings, offers the recording as a download, and provides post-event analytics.

Interactio is an EU legal entity. Meeting data is encrypted and stored where you choose: in the EU or North America.

Your format is set by the room and the mandate
A chamber with an installed conference system keeps it and adds remote seats. A room being refitted moves to software at every seat. A meeting with no fixed venue runs online. A hall with a listening audience delivers to personal devices.
Hybrid plus meetings
Hybrid plus: every seat on the same system
Seat tablets or personal devices replace delegate units. Onsite and remote delegates join under the same roles and authenticated links, so the rules of procedure apply wherever a member sits.
Each seat controls its own microphone and headset from the installed tablet.
One microphone system spans onsite and remote delegates, managed from the Operator console.
Languages and participants are added on demand as the room expands.
Hybrid meetings
Hybrid: keep the chamber, add the remote seats
The installed conference system stays. Remote participants join through the Participant console, under the same roles as the room.
Remote participants are heard on the same floor as onsite delegates.
Onsite interpreters work from the booth on existing hardware.
Remote interpreters work from the Interpreter console, and both can share one booth.

All participants, speakers and interpreters join through their own devices. Interactio is the participant-facing conferencing platform, with roles, authenticated links and the recording configured to your rules of procedure.
Meetings run from one-to-one sessions up to 10,000 participants.
Language coverage runs from monolingual to fully multilingual.
Access runs from open to fully secured, with data stored in the EU or North America.
Onsite meetings
Onsite: interpretation to the room, on personal devices
Participants at a press conference, plenary or ceremony listen on their own phone through the Interactio mobile app.
Participants join by QR code or event code.
Interpreters work in the booth or remotely.
No receivers to distribute, sanitize or account for at the end of the day.
