Most platforms force a choice: retrofit the chamber's hardware, or accept that remote delegates get a lesser seat. Interactio avoids both. The AV Console integrates with the conference system already installed, with the deepest integration through Televic, Taiden, Bosch, Audio-Technica, and Shure. At plenary scale, interpretation covers the most languages and the most delegates.
Streamlined experience
Floor control for onsite and remote delegates
The chair keeps procedural authority from the Moderator console: muting, recognizing speakers, and closing the session. That authority reaches onsite and remote delegates alike. Delegates select a language, take the floor, and follow proceedings from the Participant console, in the room or from a ministry office, with no separate app for either. Interpreters work the booth or remotely under ISO 24019 conditions. They can share a channel, one onsite and one remote, when the roster demands it.

Interactio is an EU legal entity. You choose whether your data is stored in the EU or North America. The platform holds ISO 27001 (security) and ISO 24019 (interpretation) certification, and the European Commission certified it SNC compliant. Meeting roles carry fine-grained permissions, meeting templates enforce configuration policy, and every meeting link can be scoped to a role and optionally authenticated. Sessions can be streamed online, recorded, exported, and transcribed on a policy you control.

Does adding remote delegates mean replacing our chamber's hardware?
No. The AV Console connects to the conference system already installed. Televic integration runs deepest, with Audio-Technica, Shure, Taiden and Bosch also supported.
Can interpreters work the session remotely?
Yes. Remote interpreters work under the same ISO 24019 standard as onsite interpreters, and a remote interpreter can share a booth channel with an onsite one when needed.
Where is our data stored?
Interactio stores your data in the region you choose: the EU or North America. Interactio is an EU legal entity and manages encryption keys in-house.
How many participants can a single plenary session hold?

Is Interactio interpretation compliant with institutional standards?
Yes. Interpretation is ISO 24019 compliant and satisfies ISO 20109 requirements. The platform separately holds ISO 27001 for security.

Yes. Meeting roles are reusable and support fine-grained permissions. Meeting templates enforce a configuration policy, so a session can't be misconfigured. Each meeting link can carry a specific role and optionally require authentication.
