Interactio is an EU legal entity. You choose whether your event data is stored in the EU or North America. The platform holds ISO 27001 (security) and ISO 24019 (interpretation) certification.
Meeting roles carry fine-grained permissions.

Frequently asked questions
Can different rooms at the same event use different setups?
Yes. Rooms with conferencing hardware connect through the Interactio Broadcaster, rooms without hardware run on tablets or personal devices, audiences listen through the Interactio mobile app, and remote speakers and interpreters join online. Different rooms can also run different manufacturers' systems at once - for example, a room with Audio-Technica equipment alongside a room running Televic.
How do attendees listen without receivers?
Through the Interactio mobile app for listeners. Attendees download it from the App Store or Google Play, or open a link in a browser, and join with an event code or by location. There are no infrared receivers to set up, distribute or collect.
Can we use the conferencing hardware already at the venue?
Yes. The AV Console connects the conference system already installed, including Audio-Technica, Televic, Shure, Taiden and Bosch.
How many participants can a single meeting hold?
Up to 10,000 participants and 40 languages in a single meeting.
What support is available during the event?
With Interactio and its partners, support covers the whole event lifecycle: preparation and consultation, team training, live technical management and post-event analysis.
Where is event data stored?
Interactio stores your event data in the region you choose: the EU or North America. Interactio is an EU legal entity and manages encryption keys in-house.
Can AI translation cover sessions without an interpreter?
Yes. AI translation reaches attendees through the Interactio mobile app as speech or text, in up to 60 languages, and takes over a channel automatically when no interpreter is present. It doesn't match human interpretation, needs extra training for specialist context, and performs poorly with non-standard speech, so it suits sessions where accuracy isn't mission-critical.
