Does a smaller or occasional committee room need dedicated hardware?
No. UniConnect connects to hardware already in the room, and seats can run entirely on tablets or personal devices where there is none - switched on per meeting.
Can we expand a board room's capacity on short notice?
Yes. Room expansion runs to 50 seats in a day, with no cable pulls.
Do remote board members get the same participation rights as those in the room?
Yes. Every participant joins with their own identity and the same controls, regardless of location, and microphone control for onsite and remote participants runs from one joined system.
Can a recurring committee reuse the same room configuration each time?
Yes. Setup presets (devices, seats, and channels) can be saved and reused, so a recurring committee is one preset away from ready.
Is interpretation for committee sessions held to the same standard as a plenary?
Yes. Interpretation is ISO 24019 compliant whether interpreters work the booth or remotely, with the option for one onsite and one remote interpreter to share a channel when the roster requires it.
